We focus on continuous improvement, and respect for our employees and the environment while acting as problem solvers for our customers and partners. In addition to our quality, safety, and food safety policies, we have defined the scope of the Bonsucesso Sustainability Policy.
PRINCIPLES
LEGALITY - Apply the relevant legislation, acting in accordance with sustainable public policies.
RESPONSIBLE ACTION - Encourage and support the adoption of sustainable practices in the environmental, social and economic fields, both internally at BONSUCESSO and in its relations with the community, partners and customers.
SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT - Develop and apply ways of reducing the use of virgin PP in BONSUCESSO BIG BAGs, supporting and encouraging the incorporation of the sustainability theme into the company's programs, projects, and processes, within technical and budgetary limits and in line with the search for continuous improvement in the management practices adopted.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Establish ethical and transparent relations with customers, employees, suppliers, allies, and all parties with whom BONSUCESSO maintains relationships.
- Professionally and transparently measure the results of sustainability actions taken.
- Consider economic, social, and environmental dimensions in decision-making processes in a balanced manner.
- Encourage and support the adoption of sustainable practices in both internal and external projects.
- Motivate employees, clients, business partners, and suppliers to embrace sustainable practices.
- Present sustainable solutions to the market as viable business options.
SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
Environmental:
- Reduce the use of virgin resin in our processes, thereby increasing the inclusion of POST-INDUSTRY and POST-CONSUMPTION resins (PIR and PCR) without compromising material quality.
- Consciously use water and energy by implementing management practices, adopting technologies, and continually updating and improving resource utilization.
- Apply the principles of waste reduction, reuse, and recycling.
- Prioritize the use of clean and renewable energy sources.
Maintain and support initiatives aimed at raising awareness among employees, partners, and clients regarding the importance of waste reduction, waste management, recycling, and the conservation of water and energy.
Economic:
- Provide the market with financially superior solutions that have a positive impact on sustainability.
- Promote, value, and support the responsible use of available financial, natural, and material resources.
- Guide employees to make efficient, fair, ethical, and cost-effective purchases and contracts for the benefit of BONSUCESSO and its objectives.
Social Aspects:
- Increase job opportunities in the local community.
- Promote, strengthen, and expand internal practices that enhance the health, well-being, and quality of life of employees.
- Ensure that the company's facilities comply with accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers committed to the proper application of labor, environmental, anti-corruption, and human rights legislation.

The Sustainability Policy takes effect on the date of its publication, with its content subject to review whenever necessary or advisable.
